The 5th floor location of this unit and the fact that the building is perched on a knoll about 20 floors above beach level situates the unit ideally to appreciate the natural beauty of the jungle and sea meeting. From the masterbed room you have the same fantastic view. Watching the magnificent sunsets from our deck, remind you that you are truly in paradise.
Condo #503_is a roomy 1650 sq ft 2 BR/2 BA condo located in the sumptuous Conchas Chinas area and it is across the street from beach. In the living areas, you will find books, CD, videos, and the CD Stereo player. The large television has cable and there is a directory of american (english speaking) stations. The dining room has seating for four. You can entertain here in style. The living room is decorated with vivid Mexican colors, and has two very comfortable chairs and sofas for your comfort and enjoyment.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed and ceiling high french doors that completely open the room to a panaromic view. The second Bedroom with twin beds that can be combined to a king. There is a second patio off the the second bedroom. It has a hillside view. There are two FULL bathrooms - both with soaker tubs and showers. Talvera sinks and Mexican tile complete the look for an authentically Mexican decor.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Telephone: usage is available for local calls only. Long distance, or international calls require cards or calling cards.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the condo but is permitted on the deck. Additional charges may apply which will be used to eliminate smoke odors if necessary.

  • Minimum of four days rental. Stays shorter than the minimum are on a space available basis and subject to an administration & cleaning fee of $100.
